Cattune is designed to help you understand and support your cat while giving you clear control over your information.

Information we collect
We may collect your email address and authentication identifier, the cat profile and quiz details you choose to provide, program progress, check-ins, reminder settings, symptom journal notes and optional photos, purchase entitlement status, and basic app usage or diagnostic events. Apple processes App Store payment details; Cattune does not receive your full payment card information.
How we use information
We use this information to personalize your cat’s plan, save and sync progress, provide reminders, restore premium access, improve app reliability and understand product usage, respond to support requests, and protect the service from misuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Cattune uses Supabase for authentication, database and private photo storage; RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements; PostHog for product analytics when configured; Expo for app delivery and updates; and Apple for sign-in, TestFlight, App Store distribution and purchases. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Storage and retention
Some progress and preferences are stored on your device so core actions work offline. Signed-in data is stored in Cattune’s cloud services and may be processed in countries other than your own. We keep account data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed, subject to legal, fraud-prevention and financial record obligations.
Your choices
You can use the limited local experience without an account, control notification and photo permissions in device settings, request access or correction through support, and initiate permanent account deletion inside Profile settings. Deleting your Cattune account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions can be managed in your Apple ID settings.
Children
Cattune is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact support.
Contact and updates
Questions or privacy requests can be sent through the Support page in Cattune. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the effective date when we do.
